RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at the official Wu-Tang Clan Shop. Please review our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

RETURNS

Domestic Returns

Return Window

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within this period. Requests submitted after the return window has expired will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal.

Once your return request has been approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided through the portal.

  • A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to eligible domestic returns and will be deducted from your refund.

  • No additional restocking fee applies.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If you purchased Checkout+ with your order, eligible return shipping is free, subject to the applicable Checkout+ terms.

  • Checkout+ may also provide protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Eligible claims can be submitted through our Returns Portal.

  • Return shipping is free when the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following merchandise is subject to special return restrictions:

Jackets

All domestic and custom jackets are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

If you have questions about a jacket's eligibility, please contact help@thewutangclan.com before purchasing.

Final Sale Merchandise

Products designated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by applicable law.

Unauthorized returns of final sale merchandise may be refused or donated where legally permissible and after appropriate notice.

Vinyl Records

Vinyl records are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Mitchell & Ness Collaborations

All Mitchell & Ness collaboration merchandise is non-refundable.

Size exchanges may be requested within the applicable 7-day return window, subject to product availability and the merchandise meeting our exchange eligibility requirements.

All Other Merchandise

Unless otherwise specified, eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

International Returns

We are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for international return shipping.

  • International exchanges are not available. Customers wishing to purchase a different size or product must return eligible merchandise and place a new order.

  • Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable by Wu-Tang Clan Shop, except where required by applicable law.

  • International returns must meet the same eligibility and condition requirements outlined in this policy.

  • Please contact help@thewutangclan.com before shipping an international return.

General Return Requirements

The following conditions apply to domestic and international returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Merchandise must be in original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Returns requested after fulfillment while an order remains in transit will not be accepted. Customers must wait until delivery to initiate an eligible return.

  • Merchandise returned in unacceptable condition may be refused.

  • Customers may be required to provide a prepaid shipping label to have rejected merchandise returned to them.

  • Unclaimed or unauthorized merchandise may be donated where permitted by applicable law and after appropriate notice.

  • We are not responsible for items mistakenly shipped to our facility that were not purchased through our website (“Erroneous Returns”), except where required by law.

REFUNDS

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Please note:

  • The $10 domestic return shipping fee will be deducted from applicable refunds.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • No additional restocking fee will be charged.

  • Refund processing times do not include the additional time required by your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.

If your return is rejected because the merchandise does not meet our eligibility requirements, a refund will not be issued, subject to applicable law.

EXCHANGES

Domestic Exchanges Only

Eligible domestic merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions to select an available replacement item.

  • Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.

  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Applicable return shipping fees may apply and will be displayed during the exchange process.

  • Mitchell & Ness collaboration merchandise is eligible for size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • Final sale merchandise is not eligible for exchanges unless specifically stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

International exchanges are not available.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of eligible orders within 15 minutes of placing their order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has expired, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.

  • Cancellation eligibility is determined by the order's status and applicable product restrictions.

  • Final sale merchandise is not eligible for customer-initiated cancellation through the standard cancellation process.

  • Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled through the standard cancellation process.

  • Once an eligible order has been delivered, customers may initiate a return in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted using the cancellation options available through your order confirmation or customer account, where supported.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect merchandise, please contact help@thewutangclan.com promptly.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected merchandise.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for an appropriate resolution.

Where the issue results from our error, applicable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Final sale restrictions do not override statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
