RETURNS

Domestic Returns

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please use our self-serve returns portal to complete your request. Once accepted, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

  • $10.00 flat-rate return shipping (deducted from your refund)

  • Original shipping costs and the return label fee are non-refundable

  • All domestic and custom jackets are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances. If unsure whether your jacket is eligible, please contact us at help@wutangclanshop.com.

  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If returned, they will be donated to a charity of our choice.

Eligible Items:

  • All other items have a 7-day return window from the day of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be refunded.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

  • We cannot generate prepaid return labels for international orders.

  • All international returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to:

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders — you must return your item and place a new order.

  • Customs duties and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

General Return Rules (Domestic & International)

  • Return requests made after fulfillment but while items are still in transit will be denied.

  • Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and labels.

  • Items not in original condition will not be refunded — you may either provide a return shipping label for us to send the item back or allow us to donate it.

  • We are not responsible for items mistakenly shipped to us that were not purchased on our site (“Erroneous Returns”).

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • This does not include the time your bank/credit card company takes to post the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES (Domestic Only)

  • To exchange, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

  • $10.00 flat-rate return shipping applies.
