Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods (collection launches, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be extended by a few business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day Air

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using discounted international rates.

Available Services:

  • DHL eCommerce6 to 12 business days

    • Free shipping on orders $300 USD and up

    • Prepaid duties

  • DHL Express — typically 3–6 business days

    • Fast, tracked, and reliable global express service

    • Prepaid duties

  • UPS® InternationalCalculated transit time (varies by destination)

    • Two service options available (Standard or Expedited)

Notes:

  • Duties, taxes, or import fees may be collected at delivery if not prepaid.
  • Some countries may experience delays due to customs clearance or local carrier processing times.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or delivery provider first before contacting us.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Irving, Texas (Visionz Designs Inc).
We take great pride in ensuring your merchandise arrives safely and on time.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for UPS deliveries.

  • Orders cannot be redirected once they have been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

WuTangClanShop.com is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they leave our facility. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package arrives damaged, email us at help@wutangclanshop.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

Pre-order and limited edition items will ship according to the timeline listed on their product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are ready to ship.
