How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 2–3 business days for all orders to ship out. Wu-Tang Clan Shop reserves the right to change ship times with written consent at any time. For Pre-Orders please refer to product description for ship out date. Expedited shipping on pre-orders only apply once items are ready for fulfillment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
No. The Wu-Tang Clan Shop does not ship to PO Boxes or military bases. Orders placed to these addresses will be canceled.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 2–3 business days after placing your order for tracking information to become available.

What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Start your return through our Returns Portal. Requests submitted after the 7-day window won't be accepted.

Domestic returns

• Once your return is approved, you'll get a prepaid return label right in the portal.
• A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If you added Checkout+ to your order, eligible return shipping is free. Checkout+ also protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit, and you can file a claim through our Returns Portal.
• Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error.

What can't be returned?

• Jackets: All domestic and custom jackets are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about a jacket's eligibility, email help@thewutangclan.com before purchasing.
• Final sale items: Products marked FINAL SALE can't be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled. Unauthorized returns of final sale items may be refused or donated.
• Vinyl records: Non-returnable unless the record arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
• Mitchell & Ness collaborations: Non-refundable, but size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Return requirements

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Returns can't be started while an order is still in transit. Please wait until it's delivered.
• Items returned in unacceptable condition may be refused, and you may need to provide a prepaid label to have them sent back.

International returns

• We can't provide prepaid return labels for international orders. You're responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
• Please email help@thewutangclan.com before shipping an international return.
• International exchanges aren't available. Return the item and place a new order instead.
• Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?
Domestic orders can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Start your exchange in our Returns Portal and choose the replacement item. Return shipping fees may apply and will be shown during the exchange. International exchanges aren't available.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, not including the time your bank or card provider needs to post the funds. The $10 domestic return shipping fee is deducted, and original shipping charges aren't refunded.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been fulfilled. Use the cancellation option in your order confirmation or customer account. Final sale items can't be canceled.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email help@thewutangclan.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Our team will review it and send next steps. If the issue was our error, we'll cover return shipping.

What if I send back something I didn't buy here?
We're not responsible for items mistakenly shipped to our facility that weren't purchased through our website ("Erroneous Returns"), except where required by law.

Where can I find sizing information?
A detailed size chart is available on the Size Chart page, with measurements for chest and body length across various sizes.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please email help@thewutangclan.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
