How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 2–3 business days for all orders to ship out. Wu-Tang Clan Shop reserves the right to change ship times with written consent at any time. For Pre-Orders please refer to product description for ship out date. Expedited shipping on pre-orders only apply once items are ready for fulfillment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
No. The Wu-Tang Clan Shop does not ship to PO Boxes or military bases. Orders placed to these addresses will be canceled.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 2–3 business days after placing your order for tracking information to become available.

What is your return policy?

• Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and labels.
• To initiate a domestic return, use our self-serve returns portal. Once accepted, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you (a $10.00 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
• Exchanges: Not available for international orders — you must return your item and place a new order.
• Return requests made after fulfillment but while items are still in transit will be denied.
• International orders: We cannot generate return labels or process exchanges. You must ship returns at your own expense to:

Customized items or items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
If a customized or final sale item is returned, we will not be able to accept it and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

All other items have a 7 day return policy.
• You have 7 days from the day of receipt to contact us with a return request.
• Any order returned after 7 days will not be refunded.
• We do not provide return labels.
• If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original form of payment, excluding the processing time needed by your bank or credit card company. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN").

If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

What if I receive a damaged item?
